Yoga is an incredibly rewarding practice that I’m thrilled to share with you! I’ve been fortunate enough to travel to places like Peru, Bali, and India to refine my practice and study the philosophy of yoga. Most of us spend our days busy in our heads, ignoring the present moment and all the beauty it has to offer. Yoga can create space for us to slow down, notice the sensations of our body, feel into our breath, and experience the beauty of existence all around us. In this practice we join with our breath with movement, creating a connection between mind, body, and psyche. You’ll find strength in your body and a more focused, calm mind.
Privates classes and workshops are shaped to your individual or group needs. Whether you love the reset of a restorative class, or you’re ready to feel the heat of a power flow, or ready to try something that requires trust like AcroYoga - we’ve got you covered!
